WE BELIEVE in one God in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  (Genesis 1:26, Matthew 28:19, John 1:1-3 & 14, John 15:26)

WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is our Lord and Savior. Through His virgin birth, sinless life, and substitutionary atonement, Jesus has purchased our redemption, and thus He has procured for us forgiveness of sins, freedom from the power of sin, release from the punishment for sin as well as newness of life, abundant life, and eternal life.(Romans 3:25-26, II Corinthians 5:17, John 10:10, John 8:31-32, Isaiah 7:14, I Peter 1:17-19)

WE BELIEVE the Holy Spirit calls us to repentance, faith, and obedience. We believe he indwells and empowers each believer. (John 16:8, Romans 8:9, John 14:16-17)

WE BELIEVE the Bible is the inspired, revealed, and inerrant Word of God and submit to it as the only infallible authority in all matters of faith and life. (Psalms 119:160, II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:20-21)

WE BELIEVE we have fallen into a sinful state of being. (Romans 3:23, Romans 3:10-11, Psalms 14:1-3, Isaiah 6:5-7)

WE BELIEVE we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. (Acts 4:12, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5:9-11)

WE BELIEVE baptism unites us with Christ’s atoning work in his death, burial, and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins. (Colossians 2:12, Romans 6:4-5, Ephesians 4:4-6)

WE BELIEVE that in Holy Communion we receive the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ and are united with Him and with the universal body of believers. (Matthew 26:26-29, I Corinthians 11:23-26)

WE BELIEVE that the Church is the body of Christ with Jesus as the head of the body.  Thus we submit to His Lordship in all things. (Ephesians 1:22-23, Ephesians 2:19-22)
